Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 July 2026

By using Mocku you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

Mocku is a browser-based tool for composing device mockups and exporting images. It is currently in beta: features change, and things can break.

Your account

You can use most of Mocku without an account. Signing in with Google is required to export. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

Your work is yours. We claim no ownership of the images you bring to Mocku or the mockups you export. Because your designs are composited in your browser and are not uploaded, we have no copy of them and no ability to access, restore, or share them.

You are responsible for having the rights to any image you use, and for what you publish with the result.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mocku to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack or overload the service.

Device models and trademarks

Mocku renders generic representations of device shapes so you can present your work. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here doesn't imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Availability

Mocku is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue it at any time. Beta features may be removed.

Your designs are stored in your browser

Designs live in your browser's storage. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or a browser reclaiming space will delete them, and we cannot recover them. Use Export backup in Settings to keep your own copies. We are not liable for designs lost this way.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of Mocku.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use Mocku after an update means you accept the new version.
